easy way now i tried this before the new maps and all that shit so it might not work anymore but its worth a try if you get banned (not permanent ban) all you ahve to do is change the date on your xbox and you unbanned

example: banned until 6-20-05 for trash talking

date - 5-31-05 on xbox change that to 6-21-05 there u go ur unbanned if this still works me and my friends figured this one out very useful for ppl like me lol
