You should take more precautions in the future to protect your pile from stray sparks that might ignite it without any fuel or friction involved.

Let education be the fuel and an understanding of the natural world be the friction. I'd like my fire to be set methodically and with a bit of cajoling on my part. Wildfires tend to catch sporadically, burn furiously, and tend to get out of control unless carefully managed.
