So theres a war in the middle east, and according to predictions and scriptures this is supposed to be the end of humanity and judgement day will come, right? I dont quiet understand. There are too many bullshit predictions to even believe anything anymore.

Are you talking about the end of age, the Apocalypse?

when is it supposed to happen? and what exactly is it thats supposed to happen?

First of all, it’s not going to happen. All this predictions are vague, and some - such as the Mayan calendar - weren’t even predictions but were interpreted as predictions.

They predicted the world was going to end in 1999, 1983, and many, many other times throughout history. And many people bought into it and wasted a year of their life in fear, preparing for ‘the big one’. It’s control through fear.

BTW, this time it’s meant to be 2012.

When has there not been a war in the middle east?

People have been thinking the world was going to end since they were smart enogh to relive that it exists.

And in all likely hood there's been war in the middle east or at lest hostilities towards or in the middle east since recorded history.

Until the temple in Israel is rebuilt, I wouldn't get too excited about the Apocolypse...

Whoever thinks that they can bring on judgement day or hasten it is wrong, it has a set timing and will occur unexpectedly.

The Judgement day will come, true enough, but if men are predicting it, then it will not be when they predict it. For Jesus himself says that He alone knows the time of the judgement and man will ever know this, for it will be a surprise to us all.

Act 1:6-7 So when they had come together, they asked him, "Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?" He said to them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.

So I would not hold to anything that is being prophesied about it. Yet that does not make it any less of a reality. But what is suppose to happen is that all men that have died will be raised from the dead and will be judged by God Almighty. And those still alive will be judged as well.
