Would you say no?

I forget if it was Catholicism, but let's say that small chance happend and there actually was a god. When his angels are holding you up above a giant pit of a fire, asking you "Do you believe in God and accept him as your lord blah blah blah," what would your answer be?

I am sure almost everyone would say yes, since you are hanging about a giant fucking pit of fire. But would it be worth it? To be in the same place Jesus would be. Where there is no satisfaction since everything is perfect.

The only reason we enjoy our free time from our jobs and school is because it is something to look forward to after hard work. When that motivation is gone, pleasure it gone.

And remember, in Heaven, all the interesting people are missing.

Welllll...I guess seing as it's the last decision of free will i get to make, i might as well choose MY belief. So i'd probably say something along the lines of "yehhhhh, course i do God is such a....FUCKING CUNT, oh my g0t you piece of shit tell your winged faries to get their hands off me, REEEEEEEEEEEEE asshole someone's going to fuck you over one of these days!!"

Anyway, what would be the use in lying, God's an omnipotent being why would he ask me a question to something he already knows.

Look at it this way: God killed a shitload of people in the Bible. Hell, at one point he wiped out almost the entire human race, and commanded the genocide of millions of people to the nation of Israel.

Now...how many people did Satan kill in the Bible? None! He may tempt people and lie, but he never directly killed anyone as God did. And Satan is supposed to be the bad guy, right?

Being something of a hedonist (although not as much as I used to be) I'd go with the action that resulted in the least pain. Which would probably be to worship God. Hey, if he really does give people a chance to see the truth before they decide, maybe he's not quite the bastard that the Bible makes him out to be.
