when I say Nirvana I don't mean Enlightenment

can anyone with more experience tell me in simple terms what Nirvana is?

the only thing I found where they said that thought becomes acknowledged as a mental tool rather than your actual conciousness

why do they say Nirvana is a state of bliss? It's almost comfortable but gets weird and old pretty fast, I think it also might kill awareness
