will he really show up? and how can i go about selling my soul? do i get three wishes or something? if i wish for immortality will something fucked up happen, like me getting lift w/o parole? can i set terms and conditions? are their tradebacks?

Yes. He appears suddenly with a poof of red smoke in a ring of fire. He's quite large and smells really bad, so I'd keep some Febreeze at hand.
