Seriously though, when the OT talks about titheing, the practice meant something entirely different to what it means today. Todays tithe is more akin to the Temple Tax that was prescribed in the Torah.

The tithe was actually money that went to supporting the needy in the community- providing food, clothing, shelter etc. . Thats why you see the prohpets and God cracking the shits about people not paying a tithe- it meant they were neglecting the poor and the disadvantged.

The purpose of tithing is to pay off lawsuits.

If one wants to go around ass-fucking children, one must have enough cutter to procure their silence.

By tithing, you are recognizing the only true source of your wealth. Doing so puts you in a better position to receive more.
