Well, in the Judeo/Christian model, it's more like "All Humans go to Hell".

Everything is a sin. Reproducing without undergoing a certain ritual is a sin. Doubt and logical thought is a sin. Hell, even human nature itself.

The whole concept behind the scam is that you make everyone a sinner before they can even grasp what a sin is, and then claim that their flesh is going to burn in agony in the bowels of hell forever and ever if they don't do what your propaganda would have them do.
