Sex and the Catholiscism
I find it funny that they won't let you have sex before mariage but if you do get married it is mandatory to have sex within 30 days of the marriage. imagine that... "HAVE SEX NOW!" hehe

hey...i just dont understand why there are ridiculous rules in catholiscism having only one thing in commom with the whole god idea, if you break them, god will send you to hell.
if i made the religion it would be mandatory for everyone to have sex with everyone else at the same time, all the time so all these people that belive in my bullshit religion rules because of their fear, can be infected with all sorts of diseases until they all die

The Catholics will find anything to keep people in line. Hence the common theme of "If you do <this>, you are going to hell." This is also why I absolutely hate catholicism.

"if you do get married it is mandatory to have sex within 30 days of the marriage."
That's just more bullcrap made up by the freaks in the churches. Holier than thou, my ass!! They are the worst examples to follow. It doesn't say that you must have sex within 30 days...hahahahhaha that's stupid. It does however talk about fornication, but the other....no.

Christianity in general is anti-sex, pro-fear and pro-death.
One reason why I tend to be anti-Christianity, pro-spirituality.

Did any of you notice that all religions laws are based on trying to ensure the survival of the human race?

Not the human race abroad, but the survival and perpetuation of those that belong to the organization.
The strength of the organization lies in the people. If the organization wishes to succeed, it must continue as long as possible.
That's why you see members of one religious organization killing members of another by "divine decree" of their God, that sent the message to the figureheads in power to go kill those that aren;t in the organization.
It's like the Borg. They assimilate all they can, and destroy all they can't until they are the only thing left standing.

Re: Sex and the Catholiscism
It is beginning to bother me than most of these "anti-christians" follow stereotypes. I am christian and I am well educated in it. Yes the Catholic church does say that you must have sex within 30 days, but that is not what the bible says the bible does not mention that. See it depends on how you look at it. I would like arms merchant or who ever wrote why they are anti-christian to please tell me the exact places where they say or imply they are pro-death and anti-sex. If you would, especially if you read the profession of faith which states all that christianity believes in. which most of you probably have never heard of and just go out on whims because someone told you that christianity is bad.

DarkFire. Perhaps you should read the apostles creed of the profession of faith (they are nearly the same) It states all the basic beliefs that had not been added by the catholic church except the communion of saints. now read that and maybe your view on what catholics are and what they believe will change.

Re: Sex and the Catholiscism
Whoever said that Christianity itself, the credo in its purest form, did not advocate peace and universal love between all men (that is, non-sexual love for all of you atheistic perverts out there)? Please don't misunderstand me, I am an atheist myself, I just don't believe Christianity to be as evil as you make it. Rather its those men that have manipulated religion to their own benefit, to exploit the masses and to impose their will by imprisoning the minds of their following. I guess they tweaked religion a bit to make organized faith what it is today. Ah well, but Christianity itself is not evil. God, don't you wish these kiddies would mature after a while!

Re: Sex and the Catholiscism
Catholics are without a doubt the most sinful of the Christian sects, seconded only by... I dunno, Baptists or something.
They fuck like rabbits, those Catholics. Especially the unmarried Catholic youths.

Not exactly like me.
I was never baptised, and my parents never went to church. I never did. Wait, actually, I think we went 2 times a year, Easter and Christmas.
Dude, be more specific with your jokes, because I don't quite get them as they are. We all enjoy a good laugh, we just need to be able to understand the reason why we're laughing.

Re: Sex and the Catholiscism
I know some very spiritually aware Catholics, being a left-footer doesn't mean you are stupid. Shit, I even had a Catholic wedding: special permission from the Bishop was required as I am an atheist. At least Catholics are not evangelical. I hate that; wow , you have religion, now fuck off.
If you are wondering: I'm not baptised or christened, 1/2 my family are wiccan (I laugh at them). I was brought up to think not accept. My wife is a Catholic, I have no problems with that, Torquemeda has been dead a long time.
quote:It's like the Borg. They assimilate all they can, and destroy all they can't until they are the only thing left standing I find the Borg sexually attractive, therefore they can't be Catholics.
