Some christians say that you must believe all of the Bible or none of it at all...-People have said that there is enough evidence to prove in court that Jesus existed and the real question is whether he was resurected...=what do you think?

I believe Jesus existed because the talmud describes his whereabouts, his trials, and his genealogy. So there are two sources from around the same era that confirm the existence of a Jew called Yesh"u by the rabbis, probably "Joseph" originally.

Now there is a gap between the man Yeshu and the legend. To me, the closest to him in the gospels is him encountering a fig-tree with no fruit.
