I've been wondering about that. With the huge blow up of wifi, how would someone figure out whos trading illegal porn and who isnt? If you can just war drive, do what you need to do on that network then leave, how would they connect it back to the actual criminal?

Maybe I missed it in the article, but I don't recall it saying how old the girls in the pictures were. Most likely, charging a 16 year old kid with 9 counts of viewing kiddy porn is a huge over reaction. Then again, maybe the girls were 9. The article is obviously written in the family's' favor, could leaving out that information be a part of its bias?
