The ports you are asking about are the following:
AIM - TCP port 5190.
AIM Video Chat - Random ports between 1024 and 5000, could be TCP or UDP.
Yahoo - TCP port 5050, but the client will try many other ports if 5050 does not work.
Yahoo Voice Chat - TCP ports 5000 and 5001, UDP ports 5000 - 5010.
MSN Messenger - TCP port 1863
MSN Messenger Voice Chat - TCP and UDP port 6901
ICQ - TCP port 5190, but if 5190 does not work, will use almost any port above 1024.
