Network (in)Security Interesting hacks and cracks. Info on firewalls, TCP/IP, encryption, networks, and security. The ins and outs of the phone system, caller services, how things work, what's illegal and what's not, cellular phones, beepers, telephony legislation, the PUC, ISDN, taps, who's listening, and switches. Talking about phones, hacking systems, technical advice, and such is completely LEGAL in the United States -- it's covered by the First Amendment. What's illegal is conspiracy to commit a crime. So if you say something like "Meet me at 2am so we can crack a can" or "I changed my cell phone's number myself" you are criminally liable. Stating "You can crack a can by doing thus-and-so" or "If you wanted to change a cell phone's number, you could do it like so" is perfectly OK. Posting passwords, calling card numbers, or credit card numbers is forbidden on this network. Posting such info will get you booted off the net.

Default Photoshop CS and "System Date"

I'm dumb to this one...

Let's say I theoretically come across something such as this.

PhotoShop CS 8.0 & ImageReady CS 8.0

To use this serial number for the installation,

please change the system date to year 2003.

<edited>

After the installation, skip the Activation.

And copy my "AdobeLM.dll" & "emu.dll"

& "Tw10122.dat" files to your installation directory.

Then change back the system date to 2004

and you will find that the PS CS is fully active.

How would i, theoretically, change the system date?

Theoretically speaking, what do they mean after installation and skip activation?

Theoretically, where would i use this so called "serial number"?

The system date is your computer's clock/calendar.

--What it means is, BEFORE installing the program at all, turn your computer's clock back to the year 2003. Then install the program and use the serial and the other stuff, and then return the clock back to 2004.

You can find an easier crack than that for Adobe Photoshop CS.

i remember my friend had the same problem

its piss. im pretty sure its the same crack as "the one he used"

should come with the extractor file, crack 1, crack 2, a serial and a few dll's and other shit?

just turn your clock back to 2003 or earlier,

extract the photoshop files, install photoshop etc.

it will then ask for your serial right? chuck in the serial they gave you and copy the dll's and exe file the crack gave you into the photoshop directory or whatever. then start photoshop, it will ask for you to register, press cancel, run crack 1, then crack 2. then restart. change your time back. restart again, then try and use it?

i dno if this is the same one. it would have sounded like a load of shit to anyone who hasnt used it before but it just sounds simular to the "one my mate used".

yes i beleive there is an easier crack out there.

I have the cracked AdobeLM.dll and the Tw10122 file that u just have to replace in the main directory.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS (for me)

Just give me E-mails and I will send the two files. (I got photoshop 8 CS when it first came onto Supranova.org, the torrent has gone now and my CD bust so I had to get another copy of Photoshop from lokitorrent. This crack from the old CD works, so I guess it works for all).
