I have already searched Google many times to no avail. I got a fake account to send a fake verification e-mail to people saying they have to enter some information and one of the things is password, but that didn't really work out too well. Is there any way to get someone's password?

Yes, there are ways to get people's hotmail passwords. I have a three phase program, but only if you are serious. I don't really have any set pricing. Its about $15 for the first phase. If the first phase is unsuccessful then you have the option to go up to second phase, and third phase and so on. Second phase is $25 and the third is $40.
