My dad is a noob and managed to fill up the laptop with so much spyware and adware that the laptop is now screwed. Right now, whenever you start it, it'll load normally and load xp and go right up...

thanx for the reply dude. We put it into safe mode but it wont install any new programs such as noadware? we can't even back up the files by burning it. I think i'll just reformat the fucker for him.
