Anything is possible, but I highly doubt you'll find anyone that can hack into governmet things or hack their way out of a paper bag for that matter.

when i say erase finger prints the cops have them on file and i needed to know if i can erase them from them sorry if i asked the wrong people its just i figured it was a bad idea my apologies

Why do you want to erase fingerprints? You are not even hacking, you are cracking. Crackers are extremely frowned upon. Hacking government servers is about the dumbest thing you can possibly do. Safe government servers are few and far between. And they have the resources to track you faster than you can get out of that server.
