Circuit City
Using Circuit City's policies to benefit yourself
--By VictorThree--
As most of you have already (possibly) heard of this, I decided to put this in writing.
This "scam" uses the "30 day lower price find" policy used by Circuit City.
Items Needed
Computer (duh!)
Local (or remote) Circuit City
You
Skills with websites (I can help for a small fee)
Balls (you know, those things under your 3cm dick)
Money (the more the merrier, ill explain later)
Information
The policy states that if a customer finds a lower price on an item bought from Circuit City, Circuit City must pay 110% of the price difference.
Procedure
Step 1: Buy an item from Circuit City (the more expensive the better)
Step 2: Make a nice quality website, for a "store" that you have secretly setup. Make sure the item that you purchased at Circuit City is displayed on that website, with a lower cost than what you payed for at Circuit City. Do NOT make it too low, as suspiscion will show its ugly face. Buy a DOMAIN (www.directnic.com) and have it hosted on QUALITY webhosting (www.syneticus.com has cheap hosting).
Step 3: After finishing the webdesign, print out the page that showcases the item you purchased at Circuit City (the one that has the lower price).
Step 4: Visit your local Circuit City (within 30 days of purchase) with your receipt, wallet, and printed page.
Step 5: Tell the youngest employee that you have found a lower price on the item. If a manager comes, you *CAN* leave, but if you have the balls, take him on. If he checks to make sure the website is valid, it will be there as YOU have set it up.
Step 6: They'll give you 110% of the price difference, which is a nice amount of money in your wallet.
Step 7: Go home, and shut the site down immediately.
Demonstration
Bob buys a camcorder for $500. Bob makes the website, which "sells" the camcorder for $250. Bob goes into Circuit City, and after telling them about the price difference, they give him 110% of it back (giving him $275). Bob goes home, shuts the site down, enjoys his new camcorder and the $275 he spent on a hooker (or his girlfriend). Cha-ching! He gets laid and has a nice fat wallet.
Other Notes
1. YES. This document is not documented very well. Use your brain people! Of course, not all of the people here have one...
2. If the manager has to purchase one of those items, make sure they MUST contact the owner of the website before they can purchase.
3. NEVER make the price too low! It brings in suspiscion!
4. This document was clearly written for educational and entertainment purposes. In no way can you hold the creator of this document responsible for actions taken by its readers.
5. If you need a decent website, there are sites that sell templates for about $80, but I'll make you one for roughly $50 (contact my AIM which is "nucleicx" (without quotations)).
If this has been posted before, sorry. Boredom got the best of me.

Re: Circuit City
You would make very little profit off of that. Considering you bought a domain and you only got $15. Thats about the entire price of the camcorder and the domain combined.
