Ok, this is generally for the cruel and misguided. If you really have something against teenage smokers or just smokers in generel all you have to do is tamper with their cigarettes. If you leave a pack of cigarettes on a sidewalk 1 out of 3 teens will pick it up to check it's contents and 1 out of 7 adults will do the same. Now for the tampering..

Materials:

One firecracker

A pack of cigarettes

Instructions:

Hold the cigarette by its neck and empty out all of the tobacco, try not to deface the cigarette in a way that makes it appear to have been tampered with. Take your time. After all the tobacco is out place in the firecracker so that the fuse is facing towards you. Now refill the tobacco using a needle to plug up the sides of the firecracker to keep it in the center. Discard any left over tobacco or snort it up your nose for no reason at all. Replace the cigarette into the pack. The reason there is no point to doing this to all the cigarettes is because after the person has used the target cigarette he will discard the pack with all your precious work. Now just drop the pack near some teens or just leave it in their vicinity and watch as one of those fuckers never lights a cigarette again.

Warnings:

In 1 out of 10 cases the target can actually be holding the cigarette to his mouth or smoking it from his mouth without actually removing the cigarette. This could cause substanial eye damage so this bad idea is not to be used on friends as a joke. This is not a good idea to get friends to stop smoking.

Also any people above the age of 60 can go into respitory or just general shock from the fact that their cigarette blew causing brain damage or death.

You cannot be sued without sufficient evidence against you, so wear gloves and don't buy the firecrackers, ask a friend or stranger to. When dropping or leaving the pack make sure your not identified by someone who knows you and yells out your name like a dumbass. Just generally use caution.

That's a really fucked up thing to do. I don't condone smoking whatsoever, but screwing up someone's fingers/lips/ with a dim-witted idea like this is just... A really fucked up thing to do.

I don't see why people are flaming you. Maybe because they're thinking this is a practical joke to laugh at someone about. I say, if your aim is to kill a random person, buy some high quality cigars, using the same method as above put a higher powered explosive (m80 if it will fit) and bb's/glass shards in it to act as shrapnel. There goes some poor bastards face/life. If you acctually do this i dont take any responsibilty for it.

Cutting the fire cracker in half would make the powder come out, but I see what your saying. Just use something that makes a tiny explosion. This really wasn't meant as a practical joke thought. It is mean to "get back at smokers".
