The original question should actually be in Sex and Affection wether you want to admit it or not. If this thread continues on the path it is, which I believe it will, it should be moved to Bitch and Moan.
Now, pertaining to your subject:
Theoreticaly speaking, the smartest thing to do in a situation like this would be to ask yourself, "Do I want to fight someone a year older than me?" If the answer is yes then next, you should ask yourself, "When and where should I meet with this girl?" and "When and where should I fight this guy?"
Once the above questions are answered, one should have their way with the girl and await the time to fight the older brother.
Out of curiosity, how would the girl's brother have any idea she had sex with you if you were no where near the him when it happened? (i.e. - Have her come to you somewhere, have sex, she leaves and you leave without the brother ever knowing.)
This is just incase one would end up fighting the older brother.
In the time waiting, one should contact allies to come to their side to have a greater advantage over the older person. With a large group of allies, you can overtake the older brother. Now that the "ass has been tapped" and the big brother taken out for a while, I suggest you find a better girlfriend and stay away from her and her brother.
It's obvious what one should do in a situation like this. I don't see why you felt like asking, unless you're making it up.
