I've been reading the cool posts here for a long time but so far have yet to see my idea. A few days ago I was going the speed limit 30mph on this one residential street where there is no stop sign for the main road but a two way stop sign everyone has to stop at on the road crossing the main road. Someone on a cell phone in a contractor plumbing van or something cut right in front of me and I almost hit them and it would have been their fault cuz they had to yield to me since I had no stop sign and only they did. Here's the idea, I'm fed up with the way everyone out here drives so crazy and I'm just waiting for some filthy rich self centered white collar trash to pull right in front of me in his suv while on his cellphone and when I hit him I can sue for big bucks and get a nice car etc or whatever I want as long as I wasn't hurt bad. I always wear my seat belt in case I get lucky but problem is every time someone almost hits me I slam on the brakes and chicken out. If I only was more bold I could keep going and not stop when they pull out failing to yield to me and then right before I hit them full force slam on the brakes so when I do hit them at least there is a short tire mark to prove I reduced speed to avoid it. My junker would be totaled and I could sue the person or get a huge settlement in the end. Anyone else here pulled anything like this off? I would think this would be fool proof if you have the balls to keep going and hit them when they do the illegal turn etc in front of you etc. Anyone else who had this happen to them did you get big money? if you just have liability on your car as required by law do you get same amount of settlement as if you had full coverage? I just drive a beater so no sense in having full coverage, any hints ideas share them here cuz I'm getting more chances everyday to hit someone who is at fault and lots of rich people in this area.

well if you ask me, it's not worth the money risking my life in a car accident but in YOUR case, fucking do it go the speed limit but when that white trash cuts you off, step on the accelerator to make it look like he stopped very suddenly

I've thought about this one myself if somone cutss me off lets just say, I see them on the cell and they're obviously doing somthing illegal where they'ed be at fault what if I don't jam all the way on the brakes, what if I'm changing lanes and looking at my mirror or my blind spot and some rich loaded bastered has happened to pull infront of me while I'm going the speed limit. people really have been purposley getting into accidents for a while now, I remember reading in the paper about of couple of mexican immigrants in southern CA who were running a scam where they find somone in a nice car to tailgate them and they slam on the brakes and sue. Only prob is these two made the paper because they were in jail, not for fraud or irresponcible driving lawsuits but, manslaughter, apperently whoever the mark was died behind the wheel and they did hard time when the cops found out how many very similar accidents they had on record. I hear stories like that then theres people who have nothin beter to do than buy a huge SUV and cut people off while on the phone and I keep thinking how nice it would be to find a crooked doc who would really go balls to the wall and squeeze the rich basterd for the car (not a "choice" car at the moment for me not too mention) and my lower back/neck injury. these days in frivilous courts smalltime accidents where somone is direct at fault could be CAR+100K+paid for vicodin. preety nice deal if you ask me. Very tempting when you know specificaly where alot of shitty muslim drivers on cell phones without licenses hang out not to mention behind the wheel of a navigator/escalade/lexus. very damn tempting if you ask me.
