It would be pretty difficult, considering the container isn’t glass or anything, and the food is thin and solid.

And even if you wrote something like, “I picked up a pringle but found a piece of cardboard along side it, I could of choked!” Example of course.

They really wouldn’t believe you either way.

Hineken with glass shards inside sounds plausible since the bottle is glass, the factory encounters many bottle breaks a day, and there is a chance of a glass shard falling inside the bottle.

As for pringles, the most you can say is that your chips were stale, or flavored so badly that it made you barf all over your important paper work. Seriously, there isnt much that you can get because there isnt much that can go wrong. Then again, maybe I am just not thinking hard enough.

All in all, not worth it.

Obvious solutions don't come to you that easily do they?

The following is a sample of what a complaint letter to the Pringles company would look like. One would need to head the letter with a date from 1-2 weeks before the expiration date of the Pringles. This just means that one would purchase the Pringles and write the letter the day of consumption, this is assuming that the date of consumtion is around 1-2 weeks before the noted expiration date on the can of Pringles.

To whom is t may concern,

Recently I purchased a two pack of your (flavor) Pringles. I enjoyed most of the first can until I began to reach the bottom. In the can of Pringles, 15-20 of the chips were stale. This came unexpectedly as the expiration date marked on the pringles was for (expiration date on cans). To my dismay, the second package of Pringles was damaged in shipping and its contents were crushed beyond enjoyable consumption. The broken chips were also stale and past their expiration date.

Prior to this experience, I was a long time enjoyer of your products. Now it is certain that I will nto be enjoying your products due to poor shipping and misprinted expiration dates. I am writting this letter in hopes that the Pringles company will fix their problems so that no other consumers will have to deal with the same problems I have. Enclosed is the following:

Photo of damaged can

Photo of damaged chips

Photos of expiration dates

Proof of purchase (UPC)

Gerolsteiner:

If one were to write a letter to Heineken, one like the letter noted here (http://www.totse.com/bbs/Forum7/HTML/005111.html) would be a good idea. Following the same idea of sending pictures and a UPC would also help.

If one was looking for a scam besides a complaint scam, then this may be of intrest.

BAR-code fraud (http://www.undesirable.info/viewtopic.php?t=10)

If one were to perform the activity mentioned above, using a U-Scan (if available) would be beneficial to one's sucess.

Heh... my friend... actually somewhat did this... he put a bunch of wrapping tissue and cotton balls into a pringles can... he squirted a shit load of lube in it... placed it between his matress and boxspring and fucked the shit out of it... sick shit... so we call him pringles now.

Say I need an extra 100 bucks. Is there a scam I can do to reach my goal? Ive heard of some complaint letters where someone buys a product and damages themself with something dangerous in it (glass in cottage cheese, cardboard in the meat of a big mac) and they miss work or something to go to the doctor where they spend lots of money on the bill and they missed work. Any ideas on how to do this. Examples?

1)Get some red food coloring.

2)Get 3 or 4 chips and stack them

3)put a few drops of food coloring on them

4)Put lots and lots and LOTS of drops of it in the center of the can so that it gets liberally spread on the chips.

5)put the lightly colored chips on top of the doused ones

6)send it in saying theres a 'weird reddish color to some of the chips'

It would work because you could say how you have a fear of blood and such and you might never eat potato chips again. blah blah mental issues and such.

I suggest taking some mayo(mayonayse) or however you spell it, and spread it on the chip, let it sit for a few days, then take a picture, and a sample of the chip/mold in a bad and place it with the letter.

That could be a good idea in other situations, however, in this situation the end result could go one of two ways.

They test the tainted chip, find traces of mayonaise and assume it was their fault.

Or

They test the tainted chip, find traces of mayonaise, and assume it was the consumer who did it and this could lead to trouble.

If they do test it, they would more than likeley assume the latter.
