What can i do to some kid that lives near me that is crazy. he waits behind trees to scare kids an ppl goin by at night. i need something to scare him or just piss him off into just stop doin shit like this. his parents are really really paranoid about ppl just walking in front of their house at night so i have to be able to do something that im able to get away with in enough time. cuzz more then likely his mom will call the cops.

yeah really, walk by his house and when he jumps out at you spray him with pepper spray, or use a stun gun on him. his mom cant call the police for that. you were protecting yourself. you didnt know if he had a knife or was trying to rob you or anything. if i were you i wouldnt give a shit about his mom, ide just pound his face in right on the sidewalk.

When he is looking in your window, be sitting in a chair with an airsoft gun in you lap and just stare out the window at him. Chances are he will think it is real and stop messing with you. If that doesnt work, take the screen off your window and Wait for him to try and come in and bash the crap out of him once he is in. I think it is legal to do just about anything to him once he is inside your house, as long as you diddnt invite him. Does anyone know for sure about the legality?

Or you could just tell his mom, and if she doesnt give a shit, call the cops on his ass.

thats another good one. leave your door unlocked and when he comes in, knock him out with a baseball bat and call the police. you get to legally bash his head in with a baseball bat, plus he gets introuble for breaking into your house .

Actualy, thats untrue. If someone is on your property you can protect yourself if you are in danger, and you can use reasonable force. You can subdue, but not kill, unless of course, they are going to kill you (forensics can tell if they were about to kill you or not, in fact forensics could pretty much tell everything about what happened). I would wait for him come and do what the other guy said about sitting with a airrifle. Or, even better, find a hiding spot in your yard, and when you see him going and looking in windows, sneak up behind him and make him put his hands up. Scare him. Make sure the gun could actually harm(like a BB gun with metal BBs) if he tries to retaliate and hurt you.

Or, you could rig your backyard up. Like so if he gets too close to your window, he gets trapped. Then you could call the police or torment him (not torture, just mock him, smack him a bit, and tell him to NEVER come back)

But, if you can manage getting a 12-gauge shotgun with blanks.... hee hee hee... you get the idea.

ok the situation is simple, if u got a pellet gun snipe him from a tree in the back of leg when he gona scare people at his house.

When hes around your house turn off all lights in ur house,leave the back door unlocked and wait somewhere near the door hidden and dont attack.when hes in lock the door behind him and then its you and him

beat the hell out of the kid,preferably work the knee caps, then drag him outside onto the street.

Two words: Stun gun.

Come up behind him while he is sneakin around your house and put your arm behind his neck and jerk backwards, while you bend out his knees with one of your knees. This will make him fall back onto you and his only way of balancing will be you holding him, if you let go he will definitely fall as his knees are bent and he's pretty far backwards. Keep the back of your hand in contact firmly with his cheeck and jaw so he can't really move his head, and hold your arm around his neck good n tight. Tell him if you ever catch him on your property again, you will snap his neck. If you want you can use your other arm to hold his arm way far out so he can't use it. Then just drop him on his back and walk away. If you walk away slow, it'll make him more paranoid because anyone who can do something crazy like that and walk away nice n slow and calm has to be crazy, and will kill you. At least thats what people think when I walk away nice n slow (or so I've heard)
