I accidently stumbled upon this while visiting DC last week.

I was in the world bank building, and needed an ID to get in. So I went to the guest services booth with someone else with an ID (in my case it really was my aunt, and she really did have the same last name as me) and she showed HER drivers license, said her last name and mine were the same, and got me an ID under my name (which I dont want to post here)

But anyway, I needed 0 identification to prove I was me to get a lamenated photo ID from a major buisness...

Im sure there is some way where that is useful to some of you (not using your real name, but a false one, who you have a friend with the same last name as... say your name is Joe Smith, and you have a friend Bill Bradly, go to the desk with Bradly, say you are brothers, show his id, and get one as Bob bradly etc)

I hope this is useful in some way? I just thought getting a good lamenated id under a false name could be helpful for something...
