Leaving your mark
I was doing some thinking today and I started thinking about when i go away to college I want to do somthing in my town that will be remembered. Somthing big that will make the papers and maybe even the news. I have a couple friends that would help me and Id make sure they would keep quiet so we wouldnt get caught. I was thinking maybe a crop circle? Ive read about them and stuff and how to make them but I dunno. Any ideas? I want somthing huge, but not too destructive?

Re: Leaving your mark
no clue, but not a crop circle, that's kind of used too much and i think people would kinda find it as a joke and ignore it

Re: Leaving your mark
I was just thinking a crop cirlce cause there is a corn field down the road from me and its sorta like "in-town" rather than out on the highway or somthin. Plus in my small town i think it would be a huge deal. Nothing like that has ever happened before.

Re: Leaving your mark
I to, have your dilema. So your not wanting anything to violent/destructive, but you want to be noticed? Hrm. At the Prom or at your Graduation (if its not already passed), play a huge prank on a speaker, or singer, its a very good time to get revenge on someone. But stfu about it, don't tell anyone but your friends about it. This shouldn't be too hard, but, as stated in many other posts, be creative

Re: Leaving your mark
Well instead of a crop "circle" why not a message?
Also, you can easily make these circles by having a board and have a rope running through both ends of it. Rather hard to describe so I shall attempt a shitty ascii drawing.
code:

| |<rope
| |
================== <board

Basicly, you take the rope and holding that in your hand, have one foot on the board. You then proceed to step on the board and make your design. The use of this device should be pretty much self explanatory.
