has anybody tried tha dollar bill scam, where you tape up the dollar and you insert it into a coke machine then pull it out. With success? how about where you tear a notch into it? any body here have success?

I can say I have tried the notch....it doesnt work...at all....im ashamed to say I tried it....

The notch thing only works in very old machines. However, pullout MIGHT work in some new machines as I heard of it being done. However, I have never seen either of these methods working with my own eyes nor tried them myself.

use quarters. punch a hole near the edge, run a string through it, then slide it back and forth. I havent tried it, but i hear it works pretty well. but thats up here in canada....

Dollar trick, notch thing: both worked. keyword: worked. Haven't done it since '95 or so, and even then you'd have to find an older machine. But yes they both worked, they weren't as good as the magnet trick though, I'm surprised I haven't seen anything on that yet on this site.

i've tryed that before and its very hard to get the coin down because the slide is a spiral, i've never gotten it down and ive tried 6 times, the best scam is to make something block the coin return, the most i ever got from that is like $2.

Aight, i put a really big strip of packaging tape on the bottom side of a dollar bill, and it is about 8 inches longer than the bill. I'm gonna try it later on at a vending machine, i'll keep ya posted, and i'll hopefullly get a pic.
