Ok, my situation:

My brother was just recently framed for vandalism on someones yard. The weird thing is, that the woman actually wrecked her yard and called the cops. My brother did nothing except rip a flower out. Anyway, the police were notified and they talked to him. He now has some kind of record with the police. The woman was being a real bitch not only to me and my brother, but mainly to my mom and she claims that my mother was harassing her. I don't like people disrespecting my family for no reason. How should I go about solving this issue?

This could be some fun...Frame her. Spray paint your garage, start your garbage can on fire(away from the garage), throw one of her stones or bricks through your window from her yard. Do whatever you have to. Then call the cops on her. Also....this is just for educational purposes and to do this would be illegal. So I'm not held responsible for your stupid mistake and getting caught.
