Air America, clandestine air service started by the CIA during the Vietnam Conflict. The alegeded purpose for this service was the safe transport of VIP's, paramilitary units, diplomats, refugees, war casualties, doctors, and etc... . Also, it included 'drops' of said food(soft) and weapons/ammp(hard) to local tribes, Pathet Lao in order to support local attacks on North Vietnamese infastructure, N.V.A. . Still, many claim that they also transported opium and herion all around Asia and were able to do so due to special status.

"Why would the CIA do such a thing?", you ask.

Simple, Nixion needed a way to deal with growing anti war movements at home and these movements were involved in the use of illegal substances for the most part. The smuggling of opium and herion in Asia and its subsequant distribution among the U.S. military population allowed for Nixion to declare his 'war' on drugs. In doing so Nixion was able to gain the general support of the American public in this cause, which lead to a criminal view of the counter culture, anti war movements. Now Nixion was able to deal with these movements by simply jailing certain individuals for minor possesion charges and recieve no backlash from the general public. This is how it all started....



2006, Americas War on drugs is shown by media to be going sucessful. Combined annual budgets of DEA, Boarder Patrol, and ATF is estimated around 100 billion dollars, with this kind of budget how the fuck do we still have drugs? We still have them because we are a nation that ALWAYS has to be at war a country, ideal, or inanimate object. I am willing to speculate that most of those drugs shown to be siezed were intentional set up so the American public would stand back, appluad , say "Our tax dollars are working for us!".



"Why would the U.S. govt. do such a thing?", you ask. Simple, so the DEA and agencies of the like have a purpose to exsist, not being viewed as waste of federal money.

Enter Aero Contractors LTD. , the supposed succesors of Air America. Why does such a thing still need to exsist? Well, they supposedly offer safe transportation of CIA agents and POWs (Gitmo) from the U.S. to places abroad. Still, wouldn't it possible for these air services to be used to smuggle in herion and opium for distrobution in areas where the War on Drugs is viewed a failing cause? I think so.

So, we have Federal money flowing into things like this and still drug education is a joke. They fail to adress true dangers in drugs and decide to demonize cannabis but speak little of cocaine, meth, herion, script. abuse. Now, we are seeing true problems come to surface among American youth. For example, the so called "choking game" and increased use of inhalents. The goverment knows about these, hell they collect the statistics that show it, and all they do to counter it is tv adverts, not adressing the "choking game" at all.

I feel it will be a great long while until true changes occur. The reason for this is that the U.S. govt. will be in the hands of the old for quiet a while to come. When the time comes stand up and make a change.

What alot of people dont realise is how much America fucked up Vietnam. I've been to the Guchi tunnels and also got to fire an m-16. I've been to vietnamese orphaniges, and seen kids born with complications at birth from agent orange, its horrible.

I lived there for 2 and a half years.
