I've got some cough syrup (no longer needed ) that's a generic sub for phenergan w/Codeine.

What would be the correct dosage (in ml)for a user with very little/no opiate tolerance?

It's a bitch finding info on this...I know correct codeine dosages, but since promethazine is a potentiator, I don't want to over do it.

I've taken about 250 ml... and it sucked. Mostly the phenergan feeling - sort of like dramamine. Apparently I was out of it, babbling, and I didn't even realize it.

Can't feel the codiene... I woudl avoid it.

But then again, we all make mistakes, so do what you feel is best. 200 - 250ml is kosher.
