well you need to tell us a few more things man
otc? script?
if its otc, its probably got some kind of ephedrine mixed with caffeine in it, a little buzz...not much and not really worth it, could be fun a few times
if its a script that all depends...post more info

Yes these pills have some recreational value. They closely resemble phentermine in effects.
