alright i have got vermiculite, water and brown rice flour mixed up in jars with a layer of dry vermiculite on top in half pint jars... they are in a 82- 87 degree area and i didnt use the pressure cooking and boiled the mix.. now also with my fruiting chamber i dont know if this will work... i have a blue light... and a containter that i want to cover with a translusant bag... how do i make that airtight and what do u think of my tek? any pointers?

Last time I did it, I had sterile glove packs, sterile one use scalpels, sterile syringes, sterile injection water vials.
