The same as if you'd swallow the pill......but probably not as intense of a feeling.......they're called "pills" for a reason man.....save your nasal cavities for coke......or speed........

Yea jus swallow it dude, all that acetaminophen cant be easy on your nose. Just do a cold water extraction then its ALOT easier to snort

It burns quite a bit, but will get you high. Can someone help me, I'm new to this site!

ok thanks but i am new to this stuff i do alot of coke and crank but not pills how do you do a cold water extraction/

oh and how many pills do you have? what does it say on the bottle? 7.5/750 APAP or 5/500 APAP? calculate your dosage around 20 mg.

4 pills of the 5/500 APAP

roughly 3 pills of the 7.5/750 APAP

I used to snort whole pills of hydrocodone just barely crushed. It got me off for like 30 mins but I was always talking funny the next day. I always joked with my friends and called it 'pill nose.'
