First of all, I don't want to upset the younger posters here. I have read on posts and find that many of you are under 21. I do not deny any of you your rights to use because I have used since I was 17 and continue to in a responsible manner. After many years of discovery and hurdling through abuse periods (coke being one of them for many many years) I am at a point where my usage is limited to a mellow pot like, social drinker with outbursts of craziness on special occassions and a all nighter when resources for harder stuff become available and the timing is right, so I don't want any on the younger people to freak on me. I just want to know if there are mainly younger people here in the first stages of exploration or if there are older (37 y.o.) people like me. My posting interests, I believe, differ and while I can add tremendously with my maturity and experience, I also feel that while I read some of the ages here and realize that I could have given birth to some of you when I was like 16 or 17, then I might be breaking some morality issues. And, no I'm not an old junkie or anything, I am a really hot and beautiful 37 year old female who cares about her fitness and Looks. So are there any people on my experience level out there or am I posting to a group of younger, what I consider, more need-to-protect level of our society. Todays' children and tomorrow's Future!!!! yeah, but there is some older people here. its kinda mixed. but still a 16 year old can also have a lot more experience/knowledge with/about drugs if you look at it right.

I'd put most of us between the 16 and 25 year range.

i'm 22 and have been using for over two years now. i have never been in a DARE course and coincidentally, everyone i knew from HS who took DARE, started doing drugs way before me. The information about drugs and drug use has been available for anyone to find, for years. Consider that the moderators here are very conscientious about logically looking at arguements and weeding out disinformation. i really don't think you're exposing anyone here to anything they weren't already curious about.

I am 21 years old. I started to use substances when I was 16. I think I use pretty responsibly, and I don't believe I have an addiction problem.

Have I made mistakes? Hell yes! I've been arrested twice for using and possessing. But what does that mean, really? Not shit. Just means the cops had a quota to meet and I was the unlucky guy who got to help them out. Because I wasn't bothering anyone.

I am widely regarded by everyone I know as mature beyond my age. I have always had friends between 2 and 10 years older than me, and I've fit right in for all those years.

Immature and ignorant people who get all fucked up and do stupid shit that attracts negative attention piss me off. They help to label everyone that uses any substance as irresponsible. I'm not sure if I've really addressed the topic here, but that's what I've got to say.

I've known many young people who were wise beyond their years and have met many older people who acted like they were five years old. If age was an indicator of maturity, then the world would not be in the state it is; that or maturity sucks.

20 here, but I felt like I was 40 when I was 16.

I'm only 18, been drinking since 6th grade, and smoking weed since 7th grade. I didn't even try anything beyond that until i was 17, but i'm enjoying it

my birthday is October 22nd 1986...i'm...16. smokin and drinkin since 6th grade. i dont do anything more than... acid, pot, alcohol, shrooms, dxm, occasionally X. and yea i dont know why i typed that.

well. . . i'm 15 - nd i started smokin weed wen i was 12 nd started to get into other things wen i was 13 nd i havn't tried nethin new since(i've only dun:weed,coke,alcohol,xanax,nd i took 14 ovc drug called corcidin nd that was weird i didn't like it tho) but i want to try other things. . but the bad part is that my parents dun realli trust me much so i can't get out so i always experiment in my house or in my neighborhood. . nd i just wanted to kno wut good ovc drugs r their that i dun kno um. . can maybe make u trip or w/e ?!

i dont think some curious kid is gonna come along and see this web-site and become a raging drug addict because of it. i think a good portion of us are regular users, but still many of us being young we have questions and totse, (most of the time), helps us answer those...so we dont do things overdose or smoke something we shouldnt. bottome line is, im gonna do drugs, this site just helps out when i have a question so i dont do anything dumb.

To add myself to the statistics, I'm 19 (soon anyways) and don't consider myself anymore mature than anyone else, I just think at a totally different level(higher). Hahahaha...

it is real crazy how young kids get started into drugs. i started extremely young (10) when i began to use semi-regularly. my first experience was before that age and happened by accident. when i tell my psychiatrists/therapists about it, they kinda freak out cause they have kids and wonder if they could be drugged accidentally like i was.

by the time i was 12 i had began to shoot skag/heroin. went to rehab once when i got caught in some legal shit involving narcotic possession. i've used after numerous times, also quitting numerous times. i used recently, but i'm two weeks clean off of skag now. i'm sixteen. used other drugs, but i've only been addicted to the skag.

it's also kinda funny..heh..i never used coke until last july 3rd. it was in a speedball though, but it's kinda funny how there's this kinda stigma behind heroin and how it's so addictive. but honestly, coke is harsher than h, in my opinion. but i've met alot of people (really young people) who said they'd never shoot skag, but yet they've done coke.

What blows me away, is that I started smoking pot, and drinking beer n liquer at the age of 16, did acid for the first time at around 17 or 18 (ate many hits since, and like to consume 'at least' 3 hits at a time. ) I'm 34 yrs old now. OK, heres the part that blows me away, people starting experimenting at the age of 10-12 yrs of age, with shit like coke and stuff. Kids are trying 'adult' things earlier and earlier it seems these days. Fuck, just be kids first, then get fucked up when you are older. I'm 34 and I have been there, done that, and have yet to see with my own eyes coke or heroin or any other hard drug. The cheap drugs are fun enough.

I'm 16, and I stumbled across this sight looking for some info on growing weed. And I'm not an addict who gets off his face all the time. If anything this site has acctualy made me realise that I don't wanna take harder drugs at the moment, I will stick to my drink, weed and shrooms. And maybe when I'm older and I think it's right, I will try other things.

I think there are more younger ppl on this site, but a mixture is good, cos you get 2 angles on the story.

Part of being a kid is experimenting, I'm 15 and all I've done is DXM, weed, an alcohol. Thats all I plan on doing because I know I have a future and I don't want to wreck it with hard drugs. I just do them for fun. Kids aren't as dumb as people think, they know what they're doing and its their choice.

I Know I'm gonna do something with my life in the future, so I want to try some stuff now when I have the chance, no doubt if I go to Uni U will try other things (thats one of the main reasons for me going) and see if I like it, so I can tell my kids to try it if they feel it's right.
