I have a friend, lets call him j, who got caught and his parents specifically asked to test for dxm and dimenhydramine (benadryl) on his drug test. J insits on doing benadryl and not dxm because he thinks the dxm will show up. I heard that all pharmaceuticals will be almost fully metabolized within 12 hours and gone in 24 hours. I know DXM can cause false positives for PCP, but what I need to know is which would be safer to continue to use, DXM or Dimenhydramine?

dimenhydranate and diphenhydramine both suck high wise. how can you even concider it. but i dont know, last i heard is dxm is pretty safe health wise but i think stays in your system for longer if im not mistaken.



yeah you mixed two drugs into one calling it dimenhydramine.

its diphenhydramine or dimenhydranate. both being the exact same thing just with one a little stronger then the other.
