I've heard this quite a few times now, but have yet to find any documents that confirm it. I have heard that smoking a small bit of lizard poop [never have any specific lizards been mentioned] can cause you to trip. I have a [very young] bearded dragon, but I'm not going to go smoking his shit based on rumors. I guess this would be the best way to confirm it, but I'm sure most would be a bit reluctant about smoking feces.

So, has anyone heard of this, tried this, know anybody whos tried this, etc.....?

And don't gimme bullshit about how this would be 'pathetic'. Not all drugs start out in the most pleseant conditions, and if something contains a psychoactive chmical that can be used safetly, I see no problem in using it [responsibly]. Be it illegal, legal, some sort of OTC medicine, or a plant that grows on every street corner. And keep in mind I'm not going to be smoking lizard shit!

Agreed, it does seem pretty gross. But then again, the heat would kill any bacteria, and it would be pretty much the same as smoking anything else. None the less, still gross.

does anybody actually have a lizard here, though? i know for most lizards (especially iguanas) that their shit smells...and you're thinking "of course is smells, jackass, it's shit" but what i mean is...it smells...permanently. it is perhaps the worst odor possibly (there has to be a worst, and i think this is it) and not only that, but anything it gets on will PERMANENTLY smell of the horrible horrible bitter nasty odor of iguana-ass....just trying to help.

Well, like I said I have a lizard. However, he is small so he only takes tiny shits. Plus there is sand in the tank so all the shit gets covered in sand and becomes hidden.

The intoxicant effects of smoking or drinking a lizard shit mixture could be due to several things.

1. it could be a placebo effect that is exagerated by the use of other substances in the mixture such as the blue laundy dye, or marijuana.

2. It could be that the lizards excrete certain residual alkaloids that they have consumed from their natural diet.

Might only be a certain lizard. Bearded dragons come from Australia, so the Nigerians aren't smoking shit from them.

Therefore the lizard feces portion of the mixture may just be 'added shit'.

I have been smoking my lizards shit for about 3 months now, and like the other guy said the effects are similar to mescaline. I like to coat my papers with it and sprinkle a little in my joint with some good weed. Carefull though, there's some pretty strong hallucinations.
