I just got these from my doc, do they have any rec value? Any experiences?

If you take around 375mg it is pretty weird. You seem to get extremely happy and your eyes feel like they are the size of footballs. I wouldn't call it fun and its probably quite dangerous. I wouldn't reccomend it.

I believe they can potentiate certain hallucinogens. That seems recreational enough to me. I used to be prescribed to them. I couldn't sleep on them though, so I dropped em fast.

They are MAOI and can really dangerous. Don't use them recreationaly, don't go over your regular dose.

You sure they're an MAOI? I would have thought my shrink would have warned me... And I was on dextroamphetamine at the same time. I think that's a no-no with MAOIs due to the risk of a hypertensive crisis or something...

Venlafaxine and ODV do not possess monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitory activity.
So I was right about that.

They work on the brain, on the neurotransmitters. Effexor is dual acting, meaning it works on the serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake, in the synapse
