how the hell do i carbinate homemade cider?! this stuff really tastes like the shit of some sick dieing creature that is not really yet known to science!!!!!!!!!

Its really easy. First you buy a carbonation machine, then you use the carbonation machine.

I accidentally carbonated water one time, and i guess i would work for just about anything.

Take a plastic bottle and put in whatever liquid you want to be carbonated. then put in a couple fair sized chunks of dry ice, cap it for a few seconds then release the pressure and then repeat taht a bunch of times. make sure you dont let the pressure build up too much or it will explode, and that would be bad.

Im not sure if you have to do the capping/releaseing pressure thing, but thats what i did on accident.

The proper method is to bottle/seal the brew before it's completely finished fermenting. The CO2 produced by the remaining yeast provides the carbonation.
