cut the bottom off of a 2 liter soda bottle
cut a hole in the cap
place a glass slide in the cap so it seals
place the bottle in water
pack the bowl
light the bowl while slowly pulling up on the bottle
unscrew the top
suck while pushing down on the bottle
be high

Do everything crazy said but hook a pen up to the slide that reaches into the water. Pull up fast when lighting the bowl and the smoke will be water filtered.

it is possible, with some skill, to hook up tubes to toke from. this way many people can take a hit at once. the party bong, if you will. for this method, a 2liter bottle doesnt really cover it. in this case, i suggest one of those 5gal (also comes in 3gal) water cooler bottles in a pool or large bathtub.
