I'm looking for some online resources that will teach a massage rookie like myself enough to make a woman, well, feel really good. I already have the body lotions and a few basics, but I want more!

Any advice from the pros? Especially females - what is your personal favorite move?

I have a book on massage. It's pretty cool. It has all these different kinds, like how to relieve everything from stomache aches to menstrual cramps. They have techniques for pets and for babies and for pregnancy and for energizing and relaxing and for the elderly. I think its really interesting.

They also have a huge section on the power of essential oils and Aromatherapy.

They have a lot of pictures. It's mostly pictures, but still...I have a hard time learning from books. I need a hands on class, or at least...videos.

I had a really long post typed out.. and then decided that you really should read a book on the topic. If you can't do a massage after that.. you wont ever be good at them.

Massage is all about the feel of the situation. You need to be able to tell if you need a soft touch, a firm touch, or almost violent touch, instinctually. If not then chances are you wont be able to give an incredible massage.

No not all full body massages are erotic. Now the reason I had asked was cause if you are not going to be able to have sex with this girl then What I could tell you to do would be a waste. Not necessarily. I've been to professionals and there are different kinds of massages. An erotic massage is completely different. They don't work the muscles as much.

I had a massage for foot problems, which I normally find very erotic. But, it was painful because she was trying work out the knots in my feet.

I recommend going to a professional and while you're getting a massage talk to them about it. They can show you the difference of the touch involved.

My experience is that women like a light finger tip massage and rub, they don't want the deep muscle massage that you can get. I have found one sure fire thing is to have them lie on their back and stretch out their arms. Gently rub the arms very gently at first and then a little harder as you progress.Women will tell you men don't spend enough time on the arms and hands

Women dont want a 'light fingertip massage' They want to feel strong powerful hands. Your touch should be firm, but nowhere near deep tissue. It's more about relaxation then anything else.

All women are different, and all guys have different styles. And you're right about the deep tissue bit. But still...I think women generally prefer a firmer touch. -shrug-
