I know this probably seems like it should be a common sense question, but when I put myself in the situation it really doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

I like this girl, and she certainly acted as if she was interested in me, until I fucked her friend, now she acts weird around both of us.

She is well aware that her friend and I aren't interested in each other, it was just a drunk thing.

Does this sort of thing blow over easily for girls or should I just move on?

If she was actually interested in you, then you probably don't have a chance now. Unless you really go all out to prove how much you like her. She probably thinks if you two went out you'd only be in it for the sex, since that was how it was with her friend. Also, her friend already got in your pants, making her feel like she's picking up somebody else's leftovers. I would move on.

Normally I think I'd take offense to something like this since, however, due to the fact that you obviously do not know the people in the situation in addition to the fact that you're a psycho (judging from other posts of yours that I've read) I don't think I need to be too worried.

Get a life outside of those rats you live with and consider for a minute that the sexual posturings of any normal college aged-kid regarding this sort of thing is rather liberal...
