you're not chubby-you're fat. im 6'0 weigh 150, and i am far far far from scrawny. focus on developing lean muscle, it burns 9x as many calories when you're sitting and doing nothing...you get it from running/swimming/ long sets and low repetitions of any weight lifting you do. eat dark breads, lower your calorie intake. you know the spiel. also do pushups, developing your chest will make your waist look smaller....girls drool over a nice chest-waist ratio.
