 Sore spot on head and shaft of my penis, please help
Basically, i've had a sore spot on my penis for a few weeks, eventually i realised fapping didn't help so i stopped, and the skin went crusty and fell of leaving me with a super baby smooth patch on my penis.
But now another sore spot has developed on the head of my nob!
3 questions:
Is this normal?
How can i make it fuck off?
Do i have an STD?
I only ask the third question because my last 3 shags have been dirty bitches.

This is something that can not be diagnosed over the internet in a chat room such as Totse.
Assuming you are not a troll, I am suggesting you go see a doctor. What you have described is not normal. Your symptoms will require a physical examination and more than likely some blood work to confirm a doctors suspicion from a physical exam. Then you can get on the proper meds.
You need to see a doctor TOMORROW!
