I'm 17 and I want to get on birth control, so where do i get it without my parents knowing?

If you're in the States, look in your local phone book, for "Planned Parenthood"; or use google to find one near you. Go there, and talk to them.

In alot of places a school nurse can give you birth control, or at least refer you to a doctor you can see. And you're 17; you are quite capable of calling your family doctor, making an appointment and going to see him. Even though you are a minor you are still granted doctor-patient confidentiality, so he can't tell your parents.

PLease consider that if you are mature enough to be having sex then you need to be mature enough to deal with all the things that come with sex, such as talking to your parents.
