Child pornography laws are illogical at best. I mean lets think about it, in some states the age of consent is lower than 18. So, I may be wrong, in these states you can have sex you just cant take pictures of yourself doing it. But wait isn't the sex the part that could potentially harm the child? Oh yes.... Hmm...

Alright, let us assume for sake f arguement that these two children are perfectly capable of making such a decision rationally like you and I.

However, the vast majority of children of that age are not mature enough for that sort of stuff.

Pedos will go apeshit over this sort of thing. One of a pedo's tactics for "consentual" child sex is that they show children some porn and desensitize them to it and show them that it feels good. A video like this where two children are having fun in that way is only going to be able to make that all the easier.

Children imitate other children I would say more than adults. Children dont drink much coffee do they? But they will eat a worm if their friends do it.

If they see another child romping on the backside of another, they will be very inclined to do so without having the full understanding of the consequences of such activities.

Therefore, I cannot condone such a video to be sold, despite the partners producing it are perfectly capable of making the decision.

Yes. It's still explicitly illegal, no matter who has the video. There was a 14 year old who got arrested a while back on child porn charges: for filming herself.

The problem comes into play when you consider that pornography is almost solely based around exploitation for profit. I know young teenagers exploit each other for sex all the time with no regard for emotions, but that just seems to sit better with me than a 60 year old man directing some nasty ass scat and bukkake with 14 year olds.

Byss, that's true but I really feel we need to be looking at cases of "child porn" and deciding the punishments in relation to the situation.

I also see however that this would be very hard to implement in our current law system and it makes me sad that some people will suffer because that.

I'm always looking at things as an idealist then going back over the thoughts as a realist. I truly wish that every case of a crime could be thoroughly examined and thought about but it just isn't happening.

Although I might consider being sexually intimate with someone younger than say.. 16, I wouldn't want to watch pornography with people that age in. Just the way I feel. if underage porn is to be made, it should go no lower than probably age 13 or so. the partners must be within two years of each other, and be able to show competency and understanding what they are doing. The criteria for understanding would be hard to create, but you would have to know that kid knew and fully accepted what he/she is getting into.

i don't know just what to do about a viewing audience. i mean, how do you stop a 40 year old pedophile from watching two 12 year olds having sex?

though i don't exactly advocate the creation of more underage porn, what i suggested is a start.
