Hey, whats some tips out there for lasting longer, I can barely last 5 mins, We never use a condom, maybe thats it, i duno, but i can keep goin like maybe 4 more times after that, and each time is longer, but its the first one that i cant last, anyone got tips for lasting?

Try using the condom next time.

true dat. my boyfriend lasts longer without condoms than with, though.

the first times always a short round....i always make up for it in the proceeding rounds of sex.

if you want to get her off on that first round you have to warm her up with some foreplay, and eat her out, etc.... do it for a while before banging her brains out...however briefly.

well she always says u dont go long enough, so i dont really wana make up with it in the following rounds, with a condom i do last longer, but neither of us like it, i member the first time we ever did i was so nervous and lasted almost 40 mins, now im so relaxed with her, maybe if theres a way to become nervous again, fuck i duno but i need to do something.

take an ambien a half hour before you start. Makes it soo much better.

Heres my two cents on the whole affair ...

Now you say that performance is an issue ? its is because you are focusing on lasting too long. I used to have this problem i used to have this like plan B if you will.



When a lot of men finish they assume all sexual things are done and over with quick peck on the cheek read the Gaurdian put your pyjamas back on and a sherry before bed. I always tried to win "round two" by linking both dont stop when you come simply kiss, grope and "make love" whisper dirty things you know all that jazz untill you feel the stirrings again.

When you Do feel ready to attempt the battle for the second front if you will really give it your all . I mean your ALL . Really use that testosterone that god gave you.

also alcohol really helps. Try a bottle of wine before sex.

And the stop-start technique (you pull out before you come, go down on her until you don't wanna come again, then get back in her. Repeat until you both come at the same time)

I take judo and it is all about discipline and controlling your thoughts and emotions. spiritualy I can close my mind off from all exterior stimuli. I have several times put myself in a state of complete peace and calm.
