As anyone who read my previous thread knows, I dumped Ashley for Amber. The thing is, Amber and I aren't officially going out yet. My question is: How should I go about asking her out? What should we do(don't say fuck)? What kind of situation do you think would be ideal for getting her to either come out with how she feels, or let her know that I like her.. .. .. I have hinted at it heavily, and she has hinted at liking me immensly, but I really won't know until one of us comes clear, and the other one accepts, not rejects.

First off props for doing things the right way around and finishing with your girlfriend first.

Secondly , don't get caught in the 'paralysis of analysis' just fucking pick up the fucking phone and fucking ask her out on a fucking date! (sorry been watching too much Gordon Ramsay of late).

If she is interested in you then it won't matter none to her if its a 'lame' date or not. Just ask her to come for a latte or something.

How true something I did not learn for a long time. Don't fret so much about how to ask out a girl it isn't like she doesn't want to go out with you but you asked her our so good she said fuck it. Also if a girl wants to go out with you she won't be like wow he asked me out lame so I'm not gonna.

just ask her out. it seemed like you two talked or hung out a lot, so just ask her out sometime. like if your on the phone, casually say something like "would you like to get dinner with me tomorrow night?" or something like that. no matter how you ask, considdering your explination in the last thread, she'll go for it, even it's awkward like"...um... i was thinking.... would you..uh. want to go out sometime?" if she wants to, then she'll want to, no matter how it's asked. then at dinner, tell her you want to be together, and that you left your gf because she meant more to you than she did.
