I'd like to last a while longer in bed than I have in the past. So lately I've been trying to pace myself while masturbating. I started with 15 minutes and today I did 20. Masterbating won't realy effect your stamina in bed because its two differnt things(sorta). Doing the PC mucsle shit will help though doing kegels will help stamina. But theres times were earlier that day it took me 10-15 minitues to jack off that I had sex and I came in a couple miniutes.
