I am not sure I understand your post! Are you asking a question? Personally I don't like condoms; but, if you have to use one, here are the rules of condom usage:

1. Use one condom if you are concerned about cotracting an STD.

2. Use two condoms if you are experiencing premature ejaculation.

3. Use three condoms if you need to increase your penis size.

Hopefully this will clear up your confusion regarding condoms.
