I am way too sarcastic in school. Maybe i think i am just smarter than everyone else.

anyway, i crack jokes left and right in english and am incredibly sarcastic, and this dumb-blonde type girl keeps comin back, even though i am not being serious with her, ever.

Do women like sarcasm?

Most of them find it stupid more than finding it humorous, but if a girl laughs about it, they either thought it was genuinely funny, or they only laugh because they dig you.

No. I'm extremely sarcastic as well, and it leads to good times with male friends, aswell as laughs at other peoples expense when they're idiots and you're friends are in on it and recognise your sarcasm.

Women, on the other hand, even when its really weak and completely obviously joking, take sarcasm offensively, and think I'm an asshole.

I think it depends on your personality.

If you're a guy who smiles, is generally in a good mood, and likes to make others laugh, then I think girls would like to hear sarcasm coming from a guy like that.

But if you hardly smile, don't laugh a lot, are in a serious mood and try to say something sarcastic, girls may not find it amusing (even though your intentions may have been different).

I've seen this happen on more than one occassion.

Was about to say that. If it's said in a happy/funny mood or way, or a joking tone, it can work pretty well. Sad/pessimistic/depressing/angry, and not so much.

Don't delude yourself shithead, sarcasm doesn't make you smart. It just makes you an asshole. Though it does feels good to take something mundane in a conversation, sharpen it and stab someone in the eye with it, typically without provocation

i don't think that just because it's said in a nice way, they dont take it seriously; or else my entire life up to this point has been very confusing, since i have never had a serious moment in my life...

yeah, not so much. more women i know think i'm an asshole because i make ALOT of witty remarks to everyone else's stupid actions/comments than do those that believe me to be funny.

You just got to find the right girl. I knew this one girl in my forensics class sophomore year, and I really liked her because she appreciated my sarcastic and hurtful remarks and would laugh at them. Not in a nervous "I like you so I'll laugh no matter what" way but in a "I'm cruel and don't like people and like when you put them down way". As you can imagine, I can't wait to go back to that school next year partly because I'll get to see her again.

Girls with laugh at anything you say if they are into you...

Thats why when I hear chicks say "I like a guy with a good sense of humour" I smell bullshit...

I am most definitely a sarcastic guy. I find most women are too stupid to recognize it when they hear it, but that doesn't make me feel like I have to change my personality

She wasn't happy.
