you can try taking pills, or using different lubes, this sometimes helps. there are also pills that help you keep it in for a while. some lubricants also prolong the cum, read some labels.

I want to LOWER my orgasm time. Because all I need to do to get past 5 minutes is take it slow at first, which suits any girl because it's nice to take it slow at first, then work into full blown fucking.

I flex that muscle non-stop during sex. It's the PC muscle. It allows me to orgasm 3 times in a row, 30 seconds apart. The 3rd one is a mix between pain and pleasure, no idea why. It's like my dick is orgasming just to squeeze on drop of cum out. Pointless.

Working out the PC muscle doesn't allow you to last longer. It gives you the illusion of lasting longer. Because if your pc muscle is strong enough, you can orgasm, but hold all your ejaculate in. You've still come in the same time it would have taken you, but no mess, so there's no proof.

haha if you want to go KABOOM quickly, then try to hit it hard and fast. most girls prefer one long ride though, because that small pause can cause you to lose a lot of passion.

Actually, I'm fairly sure it does make you last at least a little longer. It has for me, anyway.

Also, I tried holding it during masturbation/sex, and it really does not feel good. I think it might be bad to you and lead to early impotence or something. I think I read somewhere that it can give you bladder infections or soemthing like that.

i have the same problem, usually women are content to jack me off or blow me after i've pleasured them(by way of sex), if you want to come quicker, then just start fast, you'll just have to make the decision of whether to please her or you

of course you don't need lube, it's very easy to get a girl wet enough, however lube makes it alot better. do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

I used to be the same. I'd get passed that five minute mark and I was like the energizer bunny, I'd just go and go and go. I was more likely to just run out of puff and lose wood than blow my load.
