? Ive heard of guys lasting like 4 hours having sex...and i just cant see myself doing that...any tips on what i can do?

I go an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours on average. It's all about mental control.

If you DECIDE that you're going to last as long as you want to, and truly believe it, odds are you will.

A tip is to bite your tongue or do something painful to yourself if you feel the orgasm coming on. Pain cancels that out pretty good, gets your mind off it.

It is all mind over matter, but that does take practice. It isn't easy, but a good method is jerk off/have a quicky.

The first time I had sex it lasted like 3 mins, but I got it back up quickly and lasted much longer. I think it was 15 to 20 mins, I didn't keep track.
